Thank you kindly for checking Dr. Goodman's IME travel schedule. 

Dr. Goodman is currently traveling abroad and will be unavailable to perform in-person IMEs until mid-summer 2010.  Dr. Goodman is available to perform record reviews (IME File Reviews, Peer Reviews, Physician Advisor Reviews).  Please contact Dr. Goodman by email (goodmanimes@gmail.com) to schedule a record review.

Please note: All IME examinations are preformed at medical facilities throughout the state, including Tomah, Eau Claire, Wausau, Green Bay, Madison, and Delafield/Milwaukee area. 

TO SCHEDULE AN IME:  Please send an email to goodmanimes@gmail.com and include your complete contact, billing and examinee information along with the date and location requested for the IME.  Alternatively, you may call 608-772-0634 and leave same information on voice mail (email contact is preferred).  You may also utilize the Goodman IME  online appointment scheduler (pre-registration required for use of the online appointment scheduler).  Dr. Goodman also works with a variety of IME vendors (however, direct IME scheduling with Dr. Goodman is his preferred method because of financial considerations).
