FEES FOR NO SHOW/CANCELLATION LESS THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS (72 HOURS) IN ADVANCE OF APPOINTMENT--$600 minimum charge
Note: The above cancellation and no show fees may be waived for extraordinary circumstances such as severe weather, sickness (medical excuse required), etc.  Case settlement will NOT result in a fee waiver.

MEDICAL FILE REVIEWS--$675

SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS--$100 minimum, $400 per hour

DEPOSITIONS--$1600 half day; $3200 full day - plus expenses (including portal to portal travel time and costs)

A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm scheduling a deposition.

LIVE COURT TESTIMONY--$2000 half day; $4000 full day - plus expenses (including portal to portal travel time and costs)

CONSULTING FEE--$400 per hour
